ハーグ条約署名

「ハーグ条約」は一連の国際条約であり、戦争行為と国際衝突の解決方法を規範化することを目的としている。第1回ハーグ条約は1899年5月18日にオランダのハーグで署名され、26カ国が参加した。この公約は国際的な衝突を減らし、庶民を戦争から守るために作られた。今回の署名会議も第一次世界大戦前の重要な国際会議であり、その中で戦争法に関する一連の問題が議論された。「ハーグ条約」の署名は国際社会のために一連の行動規範を確立し、後の国際法の発展に影響を与えた。
